Persistence, passion, and the belief that you have to share with others to be successful are the principles on which Agnieszka Janowska has build with her husband Dariusz Zychowski in 2013 Qulinarnia, upscale Polish restaurant in Chicagoland. Always passionate about food, cooking, and healthy eating decided share her passion. Growing up in Poland, Agnes learned hard work and determination from both of her parents. She moved to the United States at age 23, right after she graduated with a Master Degree in Economics from Szczecinski University and worked as an insurance agent until 2008, when she co-opened small brokerage agency where she learned how to run a business. With the business skills she acquired and a big passion for cooking, both her and her husband, decided to follow her dreams from a childhood and opened a small, upscale restaurant with modern Polish cuisine in 2013. After few months of construction Qulinarnia opened its doors to the public on April 23, 2014. Since then Qulinarnia became well known and recognized brand. |
